Q. Are your products made in the USA?
A. We ship most everything from the United States of America. We do use merchandise from all over the world, but as an American company and brand, we always try to use manufacturers in the USA. We keep an open mind though. It is not unusual for us to use multiple manufacturers in one product. We always consider the consumer first, and are open to constructive reviews and suggestions.
Q. Will I get all my items all at once?
A. If you order more than one item, chances are that they may be shipped from our different manufacturers. We found that most people love receiving more than one package in the mail.
Q. What if a package arrives damaged?
A. Our products are guaranteed. Take a picture of it as you received it in the package as soon as you receive it and email us with a photo, order info and a description at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include as much information as you can so that we can approve and process as soon as possible. We have a 30 day money back guarantee. Once it has been approved, we will have you ship the item to our location in California (I have included the address in the next paragraph), and we will issue you a refund and the postage that you spent. Please save your postal receipt as well.

A. Our central administrative office is located in West Hollywood, California, United States of America. Our mailing address is: 8581 Santa Monica blvd, #444, West Hollywood, California USA 90069.

A. We ship around the world. Some countries are not included due to restrictions.
Q. Is shipping free?
A. We offer free shipping within the continental United States of America to customers who live in the USA. We do not ship if you are vacationing in the USA. We do charge shipping outside of the continental USA. Shipping & Handling costs vary depending on the weight & size of the order, surcharges & taxes charged by the perspective country, and expedited shipping.

A. We are only online. You can also find us on social media including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter & YouTube. You can directly order from Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest. We offer our merchandise on Modalyst and will continue to expand our venues as we grow.
Q. Do you know where I can learn makeup techniques? Will you have makeup tutorials? I would love to learn how to create a smokey eye?
A. Not at the moment. We will be producing our own tutorials, but at the moment nothing is available. We do recommend other inspirational makeup artists' tutorials that we feel are appropriate & educational.
Q. I have a makeup brand and I am looking for legitimate online makeup stores to carry our line. Does Colour Connect Beauty consider carrying other brands?
